Our Staff Our Owner and Chief Inspector, Austin Boleman, has been building, remodeling, and inspecting homes for more than twenty-four years. He has held state-level General Contractors Licenses for more than twenty years, and is currently a State Licensed General Contractor in both Florida and North Carolina, as well as being a State Licensed Home Inspector in North Carolina. In addition, Mr. Boleman holds three Nationally Recognized Certifications for Mold Testing and Assessment. His expertise and professionalism are well respected in the real estate and building comunities.
